As founder and principal, based in Victoria, British Columbia, Umar has extensive experience in labour law, international business and public service. From 2000 to 2008, Umar served as Director of Strategic Negotiations at International Machinery. While in this role, he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe.
